Return & Refund Policy – MagPlay.eu

🔄 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a private customer shopping at MagPlay.eu, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 30-day period. The product must then be returned within 14 days after the cancellation notice.

✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
Original packaging, tags, and protective films must be intact
Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt via email) must be provided

You do not need to print any documents, but please include your order number in the return package.

Note: Original shipping charges are only refunded if you cancel the entire order under your statutory right of withdrawal. If you only return part of your order, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

You are also responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely—please use a tracked shipping method. We do not accept packages sent with unpaid shipping fees or cash on delivery.

💳 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item (typically within 2 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product or receiving proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded if you return your entire order under your statutory right of withdrawal. Any additional costs for express or premium shipping are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following items:

Gift cards
Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised
Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken

Need a different item? Please return the product first following the instructions above. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order at magplay.eu.

💥 Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection laws in your country. This includes a minimum 2-year legal guarantee within the EU.

How to proceed:

Email us at kontakt@magplay.se as soon as you discover the issue (ideally within 2 months)
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the defect, if applicable

We will review the information and respond with next steps. If your complaint is accepted, we’ll cover all related costs, including return shipping.
