Return & Refund Policy – MagPlay.eu
🔄 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As a private customer shopping at MagPlay.eu, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 30-day period. The product must then be returned within 14 days after the cancellation notice.
✅ Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

Original packaging, tags, and protective films must be intact

Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt via email) must be provided
You do not need to print any documents, but please include your order number in the return package.

Contact us at kontakt@magplay.se to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with all necessary shipping information.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are also responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely—please use a tracked shipping method. We do not accept packages sent with unpaid shipping fees or cash on delivery.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item (typically within 2 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:

Products that, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be resold once the packaging is opened
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different item? Please return the product first following the instructions above. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order at magplay.eu.
💥 Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Under EU consumer law, you have a minimum 2-year warranty on faulty products.
