📦 Processing & Delivery Times

We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, delivery times are typically:

Sweden: 1–3 business days
Rest of Europe: 2–5 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking link via email when your order is on the way.

🚚 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:

Uncollected package

If you do not collect your package, Milo-Lo AB (MagPlay) reserves the right to charge you a fee to cover handling and shipping costs, as follows:

Sweden: SEK 250
Norway: NOK 450
Rest of Europe: €25

If you provide incorrect contact details when placing your order, Milo-Lo AB (MagPlay) reserves the right to charge a fee of, as follows:

Sweden: SEK 250
Norway: NOK 450
Rest of Europe: €25

to cover the additional handling and shipping costs incurred if the carrier is unable to deliver your order or notify you that your package is ready for collection.

Please note that failing to collect a package does not count as exercising your right of withdrawal.
